Deliveries.
On all orders we will dispatch using a range or UK tracked and signed for Royal Mail or Parcelforce dispatch services, our UK delivery charge is £14.95.
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday. For deliveries outside of the UK please email our customer care team at sales@retrogolfer.co.uk for a free, no obligation quote.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery, however most goods purchase will arrive earlier. Multiple items may be sent separately, so don’t worry if your entire order doesn’t arrive in a single parcel. Orders will be shipped by secure courier service and your delivery will need to be signed for during office hours at the address specified.
Order Processing: we always strive to deliver a high service standard, each order will be quality checked before dispatch and in some cases for any orders including a customisation or unique addition we may contact you for further information.
Payments.
We accept all the major payment providers. Pay via debit or credit card. Apple Pay or PayPal.
Returns.
If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must safely return the items you do not wish to keep immediately. Always remember to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate from your post office when returning goods.

Website.
We hope our website is both useful and easy to use. Should you have any suggestions on how we can help we would love to hear from you. When it comes to the content we display we always use actual footage and photography when showcasing golf equipment for sale.
In some instances such as the display of clothing and apparel we may wish to use stock library photography rather than our own. All product listings will clearer display this message.
Club Grading.
On all used or refurbished golf equipment we always try to be as accurate as possible when describing the overall club equipment condition. The last thing we want is our valued customer base to be mislead. When selling online ‘New’ golf equipment we will have sourced through a leading brand and will be sold in a unused state, boxed, wrapped, straight from the manufacture as you would expect.
We do list and sell refurbished and used golf equipment. Here is a simple explanation of how our grading works.
Grade A – club head unmarked, shaft light scratches but barely visible, grips in good overall ready to use condition. Equivalent mark 7/10 or above.
Grade B – a club with markings across the face & shaft. Still in full working order. Equivalent mark 5/10.
Grade C – in need of some cosmetic improvements, grip level could be poor or require replacement.
